Camp in Motion at Dell Children's

Camp in Motion is an adaptive sports camp for children with physical limitations, such as mild to moderate cerebral palsy (GMFCS Level I, II, and III), post-stroke, or other physical challenges.  Campers who would like to participate need a prescription including a diagnosis of physical limitation. Campers should have reasonable use of at least one arm and can follow directions at preschool level or higher. The experience includes sports, friends and fun in an inclusive environment. Campers participate in a variety of adaptive sports group activities, swimming, and dance with Dell Children’s pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapists and YMCA program team members. Camp in Motion activities are offered throughout the summer and Stay in Motion activities are available throughout the year.
