Growing with our communities
Construction is officially underway for Ascension St. Vincent's new freestanding ER in Jacksonville's Southside community at the intersection of Kernan and Beach Boulevards. The roughly 10,000-square-foot emergency room will offer a range of services, including nine treatment spaces, CT and X-ray technology, and laboratory services, to ensure residents in that area have access to high-quality care in a convenient setting. More than 40 associates will work at the new care site. As our communities continue to grow, we want to make sure we are growing with them. Preliminary plans are to complete construction in the spring of 2026.
