"Having been a former patient, I wanted to give back. Volunteering in the gift shop has given me the chance to do that, and doing so has been a huge part of my recovery. Being able to help other patients, tell them my story and show them you can stay clean and sober is a reward in itself." – Amanda Sagert, Ascension Brighton Center for Recovery volunteer
