When an illness becomes more severe or your child has a major injury, board-certified pediatric emergency care doctors are ready to deliver the care your child needs in our pediatric ER. Symptoms and signs that your child needs emergency care include:

The pediatric ER at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital was designed with children and families in mind. Colorful waiting areas and exam rooms help put your child at ease. From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll find compassionate care to help your family through an emergency.

If your child needs more advanced care, they will receive advanced care in our pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). For children with severe trauma injuries, we deliver trauma care in our Level II Trauma Center.
