The cafeteria is open seven days a week. There are also restaurants and a coffee shop located in Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital.

Chapel and pastoral care
Chaplains are available to provide spiritual care for children and families. The hospital has a chapel at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent Evansville and is open 24/7. Families are welcome to use this room for prayer, meditation or quiet time.

Ronald McDonald House
We understand how important it is to have family with you when you are getting care in the hospital – especially for a child. Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Ohio Valley serves families staying at The Washington House. Just steps away from Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, the Washington House provides a place for families to rest, relax, and recharge so they can focus on the health and well-being of their child receiving care. Referrals are required to stay at The Washington House and are often made by your child’s social worker or charge nurse. Ask your child’s care team for more information.

Playville playroom
Playville is a playroom on the 4th floor. It’s available for children staying in the hospital and their families. Children must be accompanied by a care team member or a guardian. If you are interested in visiting Playville with your child, please talk with your child’s nurse or child life specialist.
