What to Expect
Learn more about Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital (PMCH) and meet Danielle one of our Child Life specialists. She shares reminders of what to expect and bring when your child comes to PMCH. We also offer pre-op hospital tours to interested patients and families.

Child’s medical and immunization records
Insurance information
List of prescribed and over-the-counter medications, and vitamins or supplements
Toothbrush, favorite toothpaste, pajamas, slippers and a robe
A favorite comfort item.
Two caregivers can stay overnight with your child in his or her room. Caregivers should bring toiletries and comfortable clothes.
Hospital Visiting Hours
Parents, grandparents and guardians may visit at any time. From 10pm-5am, the main hospital entrance is closed but parents can enter through the Hilbert Pediatric Emergency Department. Check with your child’s nurse about appropriate visitation for siblings and other friends. Please do not visit if you are ill. We want to ensure the health of every patient and every visitor.
