Our outpatient rehabilitation clinic is in the Ascension Borgess Health and Fitness Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We provide outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy appointments, with flexible hours around your work or school schedule. In Michigan, a doctor’s referral is not required if you are seeking physical therapy (PT) for injury prevention or fitness. A physical therapy evaluation is done before therapy appointments may begin.
