What to expect when you come in for an assessment

When you arrive for an assessment at Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital, our care team will welcome you and guide you through a few forms about your personal, medical, and mental health history. Then, you’ll meet with our care teams who listen and understand you and your concerns. Based on your assessment, we will recommend the right level of care for you.
