Expressive therapists
Expressive therapists provide evidence-based mental health care using creative arts. The goal of expressive therapy is to support emotional and psychological healing. By using art, music, and drama therapy, we offer personalized care to help patients process their emotions, build self-awareness, and mindfulness. We also help patients develop coping skills in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Expressive therapy group sessions are available multiple times throughout a patient's stay, serving those in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programs. In each session, patients are encouraged to explore self-expression and release emotions through creative activities. Our expressive therapists empower patients to work through challenges, foster personal growth, and regain a sense of wholeness and well-being.

Animal assisted therapy
Therapy dogs play part of our care team. Therapy dogs can offer comfort, reduce anxiety, and foster connection. In group therapy, our therapy dogs create a calming presence that can help patients feel safe and supported. Therapy dogs provide nonjudgmental companionship, encourage open expression, and help individuals navigate difficult emotions.
-
Nurses
Nurses provide daily care and support for patients with mental health and substance use disorders. They assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being, administer medications, and support treatment plans. Nurses help patients manage symptoms and emotional crises while ensuring a safe environment. They also collaborate with the care team, document progress, and advocate for patients' needs and rights throughout their recovery.

Psychiatrists
Our psychiatrists specialize in diagnosing, treating, and preventing mental health disorders. Psychiatrists can prescribe medications and often use a combination of medication and therapy to help patients manage conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more. They conduct thorough evaluations that may include medical tests, psychological assessments, and discussions of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral symptoms. Our psychiatrists work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, group practice, and residential treatment facilities, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.
