Parent/Caregiver Virtual Support Group

At Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital our virtual drop-in support group is for parents and caregivers dealing with challenges of raising a child or teens. We welcome adult caregivers of children and teens enrolled in any of our programs to participate in our caregiver support group. Join us as we provide a safe space to explore evidence-based strategies to use at home, receive emotional support from others who understand and build a community of encouragement and resilience. 

Topics may include:

• Creating summer structure 
• Conflict resolution and more
• Fostering positive communication
