Mission

We are dedicated to strengthening collaboration between patients/family members, community advocates and the health care team to enhance the ability to deliver the highest standard of safe, comprehensive and compassionate care.

Our goals

• Promote healthy, respectful partnerships among patients, families, and community advocates
• Help us achieve patient-centered care goals
• Share information regarding patient needs, experiences, and communication
• Collaborate on patient care-related guidelines, gaps in services, and facility design
