Compassionate care for the entire family

At Ascension, our family medicine team provides compassionate, personalized care for every member of your family. Whether you have a short-term illness, or a more complex health concern, we help our patients stay healthy in body, mind and spirit.

Our care team takes the time to know you and your family and to learn about your family’s health history. This information is important to help identify health risk factors. In addition to caring for individual short-term illness and injury, we provide services to help promote better family health, including:

  • Adolescent medicine
  • Adult (senior) medical care, including high blood pressure and high cholesterol
  • Health prevention and dietary guidance
  • Pediatric well-child care and immunizations
  • Physicals: Annual, school, sports, DOT/CDL
  • Screening tests
  • Women’s health services, including gynecological exams, Pap tests, biopsies and family planning
  • Behavioral therapists
  • Licensed care managers, who are available to help you navigate your health journey

Our family medicine care team is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and giving you the tools to help make informed healthcare decisions.

Walk-in care in your neighborhood

For non-life-threatening situations that require immediate attention, you may walk in to our attached urgent care clinic. We offer online appointment scheduling, so you can reserve an appointment time online and relax at home until it's time to come in. You may simply go online and choose your estimated arrival time.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the ER or call 911. Signs or symptoms of an acute emergency may include shortness of breath, chest pain, open fracture, fainting, severe bleeding, head injury or other major trauma, one-sided weakness or numbness, loss of consciousness or fainting, severe abdominal pain, or bites or stings.

Our attached urgent care clinic is available with extended hours—evenings and weekends—to treat non-emergency situations such as fever, cold and flu, complications from chronic illnesses such as diabetes or hypertension, or other minor illnesses and injuries.
