Cardiac Rehab
The Jane Phillips Cardiac Rehabilitation Program may be appropriate if you’ve been diagnosed with myocardial infarction (heart attack), coronary artery disease or heart-related chest pain (angina), congestive heart failure (CHF) or have undergone coronary artery bypass surgery, heart valve repair or replacement, angioplasty (ballooning) or stent placement. Individuals with cardiac risk factors may also be candidates for the program.
Patients are monitored by electrocardiogram telemetry and supervised by our rehab professionals for up to 36 sessions. Programs are tailored to meet each patient’s needs, abilities, and preferences, and are designed to help regain the strength and confidence needed to enjoy life to its fullest.
Pulmonary Rehab
All patients receive a thorough evaluation and individualized treatment plan, which includes:
