Providing more care for families in Hickman County
As Hickman County grows, so does the need for comprehensive healthcare. To meet those needs, Ascension Saint Thomas Hickman is providing more care dedicated to you and your family’s needs.
- The Ascension Saint Thomas Hickman Outpatient Rehabilitation Center: Relocated in the newly repurposed space in the former Hickman Community Nursing Home. The new center will create additional rehabilitation resources for physical, occupational and speech therapy services to better serve you and your family.
- Senior Life Solutions: A hospital-based outpatient program designed to support the mental health of adults 65 years and older facing challenges such as depression, anxiety or other mental health concerns. The program begins with a confidential, comprehensive assessment, after which our dedicated team creates a personalized care plan tailored to each individual's needs. Care plans may include group, individual, and/or family therapy, medication management, and after-care planning. To learn more or discuss support for yourself or a loved one, call 931-536-9825.
