Ascension Saint Agnes Primary Care Edmondson Village is opening in November 2026 at 4500 Edmondson Ave., Suite 1, Baltimore, MD 21229. This new location will offer high-quality, personalized care for people of all ages — closer to where you live, work and go to school.

Our primary care providers (PCPs) take time to understand your health needs and goals, provide personalized guidance and connect you with any additional care and services needed.
