Visiting hours and guidelines
- Visiting hours are 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. every day
- Visitors may not enter the facility if they:
- Are currently experiencing respiratory symptoms (including fever, cough and sore throat)
- Had a positive COVID-19 test in the last 10 days
- Have had close contact with someone positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days
- All visitors must wear a medical-grade mask that fully covers mouth and nose throughout their visit. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.
- Visitors younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are strongly discouraged from visiting intensive care units and high-risk areas.
Additional restrictions may apply
Please note that procedural and specialty units may have stricter guidelines for masks, gowns and gloves, as well as limits on visiting hours and number of visitors at a time. Please follow all guidelines and discuss any special accommodations with the patient’s care team.

Food and drink
Dove's Nest Café
Located on the lower level, Dove's Nest Café features several serving stations with a wide range of selections for visitors, associates and volunteers.
Many items are cooked from scratch. In addition to a variety of entrees, there is a themed-cuisine specialty bar or panini grilled sandwich special every day, a salad bar, soups, pizzas, hamburgers and more.
Monday–Friday:
7 a.m. – 10 a.m. (breakfast)
11 a.m. – 3 p.m. (lunch)
4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (dinner)
Saturday–Sunday:
6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (breakfast)
10:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (lunch)
4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (dinner)
Vending machines
When the café is closed, a vending area is available 24/7. Vending machines offer snacks and drinks.
Gift shop
Open 9 a.m.–.7 p.m., Monday–Friday, and 10 a.m. –.3 p.m., Saturday–Sunday
The onsite gift shop provides:
- Baby gifts including clothes, musical bears and toys
- Balloons for all occasions
- Floral arrangements for all occasions

Chapels
The hospital has two chapels open to patients and visitors throughout the day.
- Our Lady of Mercy Chapel is located on the main level
- The Chapel of St. Joseph is located in the Behavioral Health Building on the 3rd floor
