Guests visit Affinity Health System locations for many reasons: to visit a family member or friend, to welcome a newborn addition to the family, to accompany a loved one to an appointment and more.
With a network of 26 clinics, three hospitals and a health plan, Affinity Health System wants to make sure visitors know where our buildings are, how to contact patients and other common questions.

Visiting Hours
To ensure the comfort of all hospital patients, please limit visitors to four or fewer at one time.
- Medical/Surgical visiting hours are 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Children younger than 14 may visit when accompanied by an adult.
- Pediatrics visiting hours are 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Parents may visit anytime; they are also encouraged to stay overnight.
- Nursing staff may customize an individual patient's visiting hours based on the patient's needs.
Special notes:
- Special restrictions apply to the adult and adolescent mental health units, BirthPlace, NICU, intensive/coronary care, open heart and isolation rooms.

Parking
Visitors are asked to park their vehicles in the parking lot off Memorial Drive.
Meditation Room
The meditation room provides family members a private place to relax, rest or meditate. Check with the medical/surgical nurse for location and availability.
Rest Rooms
Public rest rooms are located near the front lobby entrance.
Solarium Lounge
A comfortable solarium lounge is located across from the medical/surgical nurse’s station.
Smoking
We are a smoke-free campus.
Cell Phones
Cell phones are allowed inside the hospital wherever a "Cell Phone Friendly" sign appears.

One Stop
Located at the main entrance of the hospital, One Stop offers Starbucks coffee and specialty drinks, cold drinks, snacks, soup and sandwiches. The One Stop is operated by TouchPoint, the Food Service hospital management team.
