Visiting Hours & Guidelines
Daily: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
To ensure the comfort of all hospital patients and visitors, please:
- Avoid visitation if you are experiencing symptoms screened for during self health screenings at our entrances.
- Keep visits short and quiet.
- Don’t sit on the bed or use the lavatory in the room.
- If you have children under the age of 10, check in with a nurse.
Nursing staff and leadership may customize a patient's visiting hours based on their individual needs. Special restrictions may apply to the adult and adolescent mental health units, birth center, neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), intensive care and isolation rooms.
Family waiting rooms are available in Surgery, Intensive Care, Emergency and Birthing Departments.
Parking
Patient and visitor parking is available in designated lots and in the parking ramp located on the south side of the hospital. To visit the Breast Center or Children's Health Center, enter at the intersection of Oneida and Seymour Streets and park in the designated patient/visitor lot. If you need additional directions, please stop by the Welcome Center desk at the main entrance.

Chaplains
Ascension chaplains are available to provide companionship and emotional support to patients, families and staff. They offer ongoing visits, prayer, sacraments and grief support. To contact a chaplain in Ascension Spiritual Services department, please call 920-738-2655.
Chapel
The St. Elizabeth of Hungary Chapel and Meditation Room, located on the first floor of St. Elizabeth Campus near the gift shop, is open 24 hours a day for prayer and meditation.

Stop by the Market Place for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner options while visiting St. Elizabeth Campus.

Whether you’re shopping for a loved one, friend or neighbor, find unique items at the gift shops located at St. Elizabeth Campus. These gift shops are a major fundraiser of the hospital’s volunteers, and proceeds benefit their annual pledge the hospital services and programs.
Located at the main entrance of the hospital, the Gift Shop is operated by volunteers and offers home décor, baby gifts, cards, snacks, women’s clothing and fashion accessories, and more.

One Stop

Interpreter Services
To communicate effectively and accurately, interpreter services are available for patients with language barriers or hearing problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This can include but is not limited to clinic visits, hospital admission and discharge, tests, treatments and surgeries, and patient education.
