Comprehensive physicals for busy professionals in Indiana
Your doctors are board-certified internal medicine specialists who focus on helping you maintain optimal health to perform at a high level. Your comprehensive physical is customized for you and your health needs. If you need a primary care doctor to help manage your everyday health and manage chronic health conditions, we provide that too.
Executive health physical focuses on preventive care
Your doctor and care team have designed an executive physical that focuses on the detection of health risks and provides valuable prevention measures. Our comprehensive program includes a thorough assessment of your current health using sophisticated tests and screenings, a comprehensive examination, and consultations with our multidisciplinary team: executive health specialists, a nurse, a registered dietitian and exercise physiologists. Your executive physical is completed during two separate appointments:
First appointment: Fasting labs, testing and consultation appointment (approximately 90 minutes)
At your consultation appointment, we complete a medication, vaccine and health history review, tests and procedures, including:
- Comprehensive fasting laboratory panel
- Vitals assessment
- Resting EKG
- Pulmonary function testing
- Audiometry Test
- Visual Acuity Test
- Body composition analysis
During your consultation with our registered dietitian and exercise physiologist, we’ll complete a total body fitness assessment and a nutrition and lifestyle evaluation.
Second appointment: Physical examination and review results (approximately 120 minutes)
Your doctor provides a comprehensive history and physical examination, and reviews your test results. This appointment also includes health and lifestyle coaching with an exercise physiologist and registered dietitian who will provide a customized nutrition, exercise and wellness plan. We’ll listen to understand all of your health concerns and work with you to create a care plan that supports your personal and professional health goals. If you need specialty care, we’ll connect you with specialists and services.

- Cardiopulmonary stress test (graded exercise treadmill stress test)
- Exercise-induced asthma test
- Six-minute walk test
