Medically-based wellness center

At Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital West Wellness Center, our wellness and fitness specialists offer personalized exercise programs, rehabilitation services and wellness classes on healthy living. Our specialists are trained to help you recover from a medical illness, injury or chronic condition. Your care team works with you to create a personalized care plan that helps you reach your goals. We also provide rehabilitation services.

Wellness programs personalized for you

The Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital West Wellness Center is a full-service facility with a variety of equipment and services. Our classes range from Balance Basics to Zumba and are adapted for different fitness levels and interests. The Wellness Center is available for individuals age 16 and older and offers competitive membership rates. Reduced rates are available for seniors. Memberships are reduced or available at no charge for participants in: Active & Fit, Prime, Silver & Fit, Silver Sneakers. Your first visit is at no cost to you.

Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital West Wellness Center is a medically-based fitness facility that has 15,000 square feet of exercise space with a wide range of equipment to build both aerobic endurance and muscular strength. Our facility includes:
