Visiting hours and guidelines
- Visiting hours are 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. every day
- Visitors may not enter the facility if they:
- Are currently experiencing respiratory symptoms (including fever, cough and sore throat)
- Had a positive COVID-19 test in the last 10 days
- Have had close contact with someone positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days
- All visitors must wear a medical-grade mask that fully covers mouth and nose throughout their visit. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.
- Visitors younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are strongly discouraged from visiting intensive care units and high-risk areas.
Additional restrictions may apply
Please note that procedural and specialty units may have stricter guidelines for masks, gowns and gloves, as well as limits on visiting hours and number of visitors at a time. Please follow all guidelines and discuss any special accommodations with the patient’s care team.
Parking information
Patients and visitors are encouraged to use the hospital’s complimentary valet parking.
Complimentary valet parking
Complimentary valet parking is provided at Entrance 1, Outpatient Bettendorf Pavilion, from 6 a.m. to 6 pm. The security team will retrieve your vehicle if a valet attendant is not on-duty.
For self-parking:
- Main entrance (Inpatient) - Parking Lot A, B, C
- Bettendorf Pavilion (Outpatient) - Parking Lot D
- Building One - Parking Lot F
- Building Two - Parking Lot F
- Building Three - Parking Lot D
- Emergency Department (ED) - Parking Lot K (Garage)
Doctors may park in lot I and associates may park in lots E, G or H.
Taxi service
Pickup and drop-off can be arranged for any hospital entrance. Be sure to tell your driver the entrance number
