ECMO
Studer Family Children’s Hospital provides ECMO support for children across Northwest Florida. If you have a patient who could benefit from ECMO, our transport team can assist in moving your patient to a higher level of care. We can start ECMO support where your patient is. Then, our team transports your patient to Studer Family Children’s Hospital by land or air – while providing ECMO support during the transfer. Our experienced transport team includes nurses who specialize in ECMO and respiratory therapists.

NICU
The NICU at Studer Family Children’s Hospital provides care for babies throughout Northwest Florida. We have a dedicated neonatal transport team to bring critically ill babies directly to a higher level of care – whether by ambulance, helicopter or plane. Led by a neonatologist, our neonatal transport team has the specialized skills and advanced technology needed to care for babies while they are being transported.

PICU
Our PICU provides care for children throughout Northwest Florida. We have a dedicated pediatric transport team to bring children directly to a higher level of care in the PICU. Our transport team has the specialized skills and advanced technology to care for children while they are being transported and they have constant access to the medical teams that will be providing care for your child in the hospital to provide a seamless transition.
