Ascension Living St. Vincent PACE®  was designated by the State of Indiana as the exclusive PACE® provider for the area we serve. All PACE® services are furnished through Ascension Living St. Vincent PACE®. Other than emergency services, participants may be responsible for the cost of unauthorized or out-of-network services per PACE® program agreement.
