Schedule your Medicare Annual Wellness Visit
If you have Medicare Part B* or Medicare Advantage, you may qualify for an Annual Wellness Visit. You can talk with a doctor about your health history and medications. You’ll also have a conversation about your diet, activity level, potential health risks and personal health goals.
*Through Medicare Part B, you are eligible for a wellness visit once every 12 months, at no cost to you. You may have a copay, or have to pay a portion of your deductible if additional tests or services are ordered and performed during this visit or at a later date.
