About Us

Ascension’s St. John Clinic has a family medicine team serving South Tulsa, Oklahoma.

St. John Clinic Family Medical Care treats patients at every stage of life – from newborns to the elderly.  Our family medicine doctors care for the whole person, understanding spiritual and mental well-being are so important to overall health. Whether you have a short-term illness, or a more complex health concern, we help our patients stay healthy in body, mind and spirit.

Compassionate care for the entire family

Our care team takes the time to know you and your family and to learn about your family’s health history. This information is important to help identify health risk factors.

In addition to caring for individual short-term illness and injury, we provide services to help promote better family health, including:

  •  Maternity care
  • Adolescent medicine
  • Adult (senior) medical care, including high blood pressure and high cholesterol
  • Health prevention and dietary guidance
  • Pediatric well-child care and immunizations
  • Physicals: Annual, school, sports, DOT/CDL
  • Screening tests
  • Women’s health services, including gynecological exams, Pap tests, biopsies and family planning
  • Behavioral therapists
  • Licensed care managers, who are available to help you navigate your health journey

Our family medicine care team is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and giving you the tools to help make informed healthcare decisions.

Walk-in care in your neighborhood

Our walk-in clinic provides convenient, same-day access to new and established St. John Clinic Family Medical Care patients. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m Monday - Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Your health records from visits with your Family Medical Care doctor are always available for review at our walk-in clinic and, with many insurance plans, the copay for our walk-in clinic is the same as a regular visit. We encourage routine visits with your regular, primary care doctor. Chronic controlled medications will not be prescribed in our walk-in clinic. For acute or urgent care needs when the walk-in clinic is not open, visit one of the St. John Clinic Urgent Care locations.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the ER or call 911. Signs or symptoms of an acute emergency may include shortness of breath, chest pain, open fracture, fainting, severe bleeding, head injury or other major trauma, one-sided weakness or numbness, loss of consciousness or fainting, severe abdominal pain, or bites or stings.
