In North Vernon, Indiana, Ascension St. Vincent Jennings provides 24-7 emergency care, inpatient care and an outpatient surgery center. The surgical team includes surgeons and radiologists who specialize in many types of minimally invasive procedures including colonoscopies, ENT procedures, stereotactic breast procedures, thyroid biopsy, ductograms, thoracentesis, and paracentesis.
Our Rehab-to-Home Program includes short-term rehabilitation for Medicare patients who require extended-stay skilled care, including IV therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. Our swing-bed program offers continued skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies after discharge from inpatient hospital care.
We provide a full range of diagnostic medical imaging services including digital x-ray, heart scans, CT, MRI, ultrasound (general, OB, vascular), fluoroscopy, digital mammography, bone density testing, nuclear cardiac stress tests, Holter/event monitoring, and general echocardiology.
Other services include a clinical lab, infusion therapy, rehabilitation services (PT, OT), senior services, and wound care treatments.
Our patients have access to the Indiana Heart Attack Network and specialty heart care at Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center and pediatric specialty care at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital Peyton Manning Children’s in Indianapolis, Indiana

Rural and Urban Access to Health (RUAH) is a community based care coordination program sponsored by St. Vincent Medical Group. Inspired by the work of St. Vincent de Paul, the purpose of RUAH is: To connect our friends, family and neighbors to a comprehensive, integrated delivery network of health, human and social services resulting in improved access and removal of barriers to needed resources.
