Dell Children’s patient experience

Care teams at Dell Children's Medical Center are constantly striving to understand and improve the experience of our patients and their families. At Dell Children's we focus on providing the best possible experience for your child and family. We invite you to share your thoughts, concerns, and opportunities to improve your experience through our email, mail, or phone surveys These surveys are used to help us better deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Would you recommend Dell Children’s to your family or friends?

Families and caregivers of children receiving care at Dell Children's may be invited to share their feedback in the Child HCAHPS survey. The Child HCAHPS survey is used by hospitals throughout the United States to understand the experience of pediatric patients admitted for care and their families. The data below represents the percentage of our patients and families who responded "definitely, yes" to the question "would you recommend Dell Children's Medical Center to your family or friends?" Our goal is for our patients and their families to have an excellent experience at Dell Children's that brings them back should they need care again, and grows our community of patients through their recommendation.

Responses are combined to provide a Net Promoter Score® (NPS).
