Our cardiac rehabilitation is a six-week outpatient therapy program designed to support your recovery, restore physical strength and build confidence following a cardiac event or procedure.
We specialize in the rehabilitation and support of individuals who have undergone heart surgery or have been diagnosed with the following conditions:

- Heart failure
- Heart attack

At the end of the six- week program, we offer a follow-up maintenance program to help you maintain progress and support long-term heart health.
Pulmonary rehabilitation outpatient program
Our pulmonary rehabilitation is a comprehensive, eight-week outpatient therapy program committed to helping individuals with lung disease breathe easier and live healthier lives.
We specialize in the rehabilitation and support of individuals with a wide range of pulmonary conditions, including:
- Asthma
- Chronic bronchitis
- Cystic fibrosis
- Emphysema
- Post-COVID lung conditions
- Sarcoidosis
