Your care team also understands how pain can affect your mental health. We listen to you, and provide supportive care to help you manage anxiety and depression caused by your pain. Your doctor can connect you with mental health specialists, if needed. For older adults, we have doctors and nurses who specialize in senior healthcare (geriatric medicine) and deliver pain management as part of your total health care plan as you age.
