At the Ascension Illinois Behavioral Health Perinatal Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), you can address these feelings and achieve the connection you want.

Parents and their partners are encouraged to bring their babies with them to IOP. In therapy groups, new parents work together to build confidence, develop coping skills and feel closer to their loved ones. In-person and virtual support is available.
