Obstetric emergency care
Ascension Sacred Heart Maternity and Women's Health provides 24/7 OB emergency care for pregnancy-related emergencies.
For an obstetric emergency, go directly to the OB Emergency Department at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. Enter through the area identified by the "Women’s & Maternity" sign, to the left of Studer Family Children's Hospital under the covered drive-thru area. Look for the red "OB Emergency" sign on the far left of the overhang.

To have your medical records sent to your new Ascension provider, you’ll need to establish care in person at your Ascension provider’s office and complete a Release of Information (ROI) form. The office will use this form to request your records from your previous provider.
This process must be completed in person at your Ascension provider’s office and cannot be completed online or over the phone.
