Laws vary by state. In some states, you may sign up for access to your child’s information if they are under 13. Once they reach age 13, a child can give “proxy” access to another adult. Once a person turns 18, they need to register for their own account by talking to their healthcare provider. Other states do not allow parents to sign up for a portal for their child.
