Payment Terms and Options
Via Christi is pleased to offer a convenient and secure online method of paying for your care. You can either set up an account or use the “Pay Now” option which requires current statement/account number and guarantor’s social security number to successfully complete the transaction. Pay online now, or contact our Customer Service Call Center Monday-Friday from 8 am – 5 pm to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives at the number listed for each facility in the Contact Us box referenced on this page.
If you are unable to pay your balance in full, contact the Customer Service Call Center for payment options.
Payment methods include, cash, personal checks, money orders, debit cards, health flex/spending cards, Visa, Discover, or Mastercard.
About our billing and collection policy (BCP)
As part of our commitment to deliver an excellent patient experience, we strive to identify and resolve patient overpayments as quickly as possible. Accounts in a credit balance are analyzed for possible patient overpayments. Patient overpayments are refunded by check, HSA/FSA card, credit card, or applied to the guarantor’s other outstanding balances as appropriate. Since refunds may take 4-6 weeks to process, customer service representatives are available to update patients on the status of a refund.
