Call 833-272-7581 during the hours of 8 a.m.– 5 p.m., Monday–Friday, to request charge estimates for hospital services. Charge estimates for hospital services typically take 24–48 hours to process. A patient financial services representative will deliver your charge estimate by phone or encrypted email when ready (to receive a price quote for doctor services, contact the doctor's office).
There are many differences in insurance plans and financial assistance eligibility that might affect your out-of-pocket costs. For insured patients, get an estimate for out-of-pocket costs before receiving treatment by calling the customer service phone number on your insurance card.
All hospitals in the U.S. are required by law to publish their standard charges in both a machine-readable file and in a consumer-friendly manner.
