Chase R. Stuart, DPM, BA, is a podiatrist at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis - Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center (Specialty Care Clinic Suite 215) in Indianapolis, Indiana who cares for adults with toe, foot and ankle conditions. Dr. Stuart diagnoses and treats foot conditions such as athlete's foot, bone and heel spur, bunion, plantar fasciitis, ingrown and fungal toenail, tendonitis, and diabetic foot care. He listens to understand your health concerns and works with you to create a personalized care plan.

Dr. Stuart has a clinical interest in routine diabetic foot care and preventative medicine for high risk patients for wounds, infections, and amputations. He performs foot surgery and minimally invasive treatments, such as joint injections, orthotic fittings and ankle braces, fungal and wound care, and prescribed exercises.

Dr. Stuart also has certifications in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery and is a certified wound healing physician. He treats deformities and traumatic injuries that affect the foot, ankle and leg, including Achilles tendon calcification, Haglund's deformity and other congenital defects.

Dr. Stuart has a particularly strong interest in medical student and resident physician education. He is a firm believer in delivering high quality care to his patients while teaching the next generation of physicians. Dr. Stuart is very passionate about treating the diabetic patient and he is part of a multidisciplinary lower extremity amputation prevention task force.

Dr. Stuart has recently completed research studies in ultrasound of plantar fascia ligament. He is a member of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (APMA). He was recently recognized for the Earl G Kaplan, DPM Teach Award by the Ascension St. Vincent Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program. When not caring for patients, Dr. Stuart enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews and going on a long run.
