Erick R. Hernandez-Campos, FNP, is a board certified Family Medicine nurse practitioner with Ascension Saint Thomas in Brentwood, TN. Erick provides family medicine, care for chronic conditions & preventative care to patients of all ages. Erick has a special interest in diabetes, hypertension, men's health, and care for the diverse population (particularly the Latino community).
