Lakshya Trivedi, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in noninvasive cardiology and advanced cardiovascular imaging at Ascension Seton in Round Rock, Temple, Pflugerville, and Taylor near Austin, Texas. As part of Ascension Texas Cardiovascular, he provides comprehensive heart care for adults, including the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, chest pain, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, atrial fibrillation and other heart rhythm disorders.

Dr. Trivedi believes excellent heart care combines early diagnosis, personalized treatment and long-term prevention. He partners with each patient to understand their unique health goals and develops individualized care plans designed to improve heart health and help patients live full, active lives with the people who matter most.

Dr. Trivedi is board-certified in cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and cardiac CT. He is an active member of the American College of Cardiology, National Lipid Association, American Society of Echocardiography and Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. He has been recognized for excellence in patient care, education and leadership, including receiving the Fellow of the Year Award from the UT Austin Cardiology Fellowship in 2024–2025, being inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and receiving the UT Southwestern Resident Teaching Award.

When not caring for patients, Dr. Trivedi enjoys running, playing sports, listening to music and spending quality time with his children and family.
