Carl K Atallah, DOGastroenterology - Digestive Health in Chicago, IL

Carl Atallah, DO, is a board-certified internist and gastroenterologist at Advanced GI LLC. He is dedicated to serving patients in the Lake View/Lincoln Park area of Chicago, Illinois as well as patients who hail from various other neighborhoods throughout the Chicagoland area.

After graduating from Penn State University, Dr. Atallah earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He then completed his fellowship training in gastroenterology at Midwestern University in Chicago.

During his fellowship, Dr. Atallah was a clinical assistant professor at Midwestern University and enjoyed his time teaching medical students and residents. 

Dr. Atallah treats patients holistically and with respect. He strives to offer patients advanced treatment options while keeping in mind the best comprehensive care for each individual. Dr. Atallah is currently a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Atallah is currently a faculty member at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine.

In his free time, Dr. Atallah enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
