Mark C. Felger, MD, is an independent heart surgeon at Ascension Seton in Austin, Texas. Dr. Felger specializes in adult cardiothoracic surgery including heart transplantation, mitral valve repair, and minimally invasive coronary artery bypass surgery. He has practiced with Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons since 1997. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He is an active member of the Texas Medical Association, Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, Travis County Medical Society, and Texas Transplant Society. Dr. Felger has also composed and published numerous research articles in his specialty.
