Aschley Lynne Parker, MSN, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology and critical care at Ascension Saint Thomas in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. With more than 10 years of experience, she provides acute care, preventive care and care for chronic conditions to adults age 18 and older. Her clinical interests include cardiovascular health and wellness, particularly among underserved communities and populations.

Aschley believes in providing safe, compassionate and personalized care that involves patients in decisions about their health. Through clear communication and education, she helps patients feel confident caring for themselves or their loved ones. Her goal is for every patient to feel supported, understood and valued.

Aschley is pursuing a doctoral degree in nursing at Belmont University, where she also helps educate future nurses as an adjunct clinical faculty member in the School of Nursing.

When not caring for patients, Aschley enjoys spending time with her husband and their three sons, traveling, and focusing on health and wellness. She has also participated in a medical mission trip to Belize.
