Shirley L. Pack, CRNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over two decades of experience in emergency medicine and neurology at Ascension Saint Agnes in Columbia and Baltimore, Maryland. As the Stroke Program Director and Neurology CRNP, she manages a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke, dementia, and migraines in addition to leading stroke care coordination and quality improvement initiatives. Her clinical expertise includes acute and chronic disease management, stroke assessment and treatment, and urgent care services.

Shirley holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and has received numerous accolades, including multiple Stroke GOLD PLUS Achievement Awards.
