About Andrea Salinas Raymond, MD
Dr. Raymond is a board-certified neurologist with an additional certification in clinical neurophysiology andis a member of the American Academy of Neurology. She graduated from Baylor College of Medicineand completed both her neurology residency and a neurophysiology and neurocritical care fellowship atthe University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Raymond is currently an Assistant Professor with the University of Texas Southwestern and the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She is also Director of the Spasticity Program at the Brain & Spine Center and the neurology core clerkship director for medical students. Dr. Raymond evaluates general Neurology conditions and has a special interest in Peripheral Nerve Condition studies, Myobloc/Botox treatments, and headaches. She is committed to patient-centered treatment and is comprehensive and thorough in her evaluations and in her consideration of plan of treatment. Comfort and quality of life for the patient is always of her utmost concern. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Texas Medical Association, the Travis County Medical Society and the American Stroke Association. Dr. Raymond has been with Seton Brain & Spine since 2008.
