Samantha Schroder, PA-C, MPAS, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in outpatient gynecology at Ascension Saint Agnes OB-GYN in Baltimore, Maryland. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to women at every stage of life.

Samantha offers comprehensive gynecologic care, including annual well-women exams, cervical cancer screens and colposcopy, evaluation and management of irregular and heavy menstrual cycles, hormone therapy and postoperative care. She is passionate about patient education and empowering women through evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.

Prior to her current role, Samantha gained extensive surgical experience assisting in cesarean sections, hysterectomies, myomectomies, and vaginal prolapse surgeries. This allows her to guide patients through both preoperative counseling and postoperative management.

Samantha earned her bachelor's degree in molecular genetics from the University of Rochester and went on to complete her masters of physician assistant studies at Salus University, graduating at the top of her class.

Samantha is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds advanced certifications in ACLS, BLS and colposcopy training with the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP). Samantha is a member of the Association of Physician Associates in Obstetrics and Gynecology (APAOG) and The Menopause Society.
