Karyssa S. Knopoff, MD, is a board-certified pediatric hematologist/oncologist at Peyton Manning Children's in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Knopoff provides comprehensive care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with blood disorders and cancer. She believes that listening with compassion, partnering with families, and providing evidence-based care are essential to helping every child achieve the best possible outcome.

Dr. Knopoff has a clinical interest in caring for children with leukemia, lymphoma, sarcomas, brain and spine tumors, kidney tumors, and other rare childhood cancers. She also treats children with a wide range of benign hematologic conditions, including anemia, neutropenia, and thrombocytopenia.

Dr. Knopoff has expertise in multidisciplinary pediatric cancer care, supportive care throughout treatment, survivorship, quality improvement, and reducing disparities in healthcare delivery. Her research interests include improving outcomes for children with cancer and blood disorders through clinical research, quality improvement, and implementation of evidence-based care.

Dr. Knopoff is a member of the Children's Oncology Group (COG), the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology (ASPHO), and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
