Julie Staskunas, APNP, is an advanced practice nurse practitioner with Ascension Medical Group. She provides acute chronic and preventative care to adolescents, adults, and seniors. Her special interests include preventative health and wellness, chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure), cardiac disease prevention and management, acute illnesses, and patient education. She strives to take a compassionate and holistic approach to patient care, as well as work with her patients as a team to optimize the management of their lifetime preventative, acute, and chronic healthcare needs. Outside of the office, Julie enjoys playing, coaching and watching volleyball, going on adventures where she can hike, bike or kayak with friends and family.
