Thy A. Truong FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine for patients of all ages. She has a special clinical interest in treating diabetes and hypertension. Thy believes in the importance of working with patient & their families and teaching them about maximizing their health with disease prevention and management by creating a care plan specific for each individual.
