Dr. Winters was recently recognized as the recipient of the Theodore H. Clarke, DPM Leadership Award from the Ascension St. Vincent Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Winters enjoys spending time on the water in his kayak here in central Indiana and on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland.

Professional Statement
My philosophy of practicing medicine is to treat patients as I would like to be treated. I talk to them so they can understand everything about their care and try to learn about them and their family. I became a doctor growing up around my father who was a dermatologist at St. Vincent Indianapolis. I saw how he cared for his patients. I have tried to incorporate some of his bedside manner and treatment philosophies into caring for my patients.
