About Morris Brian Polsky, MD
Dr. Brian Polsky is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery, sports medicine and sports injuries, and joint replacement. Dr. Polsky earned his medical degree at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. He completed his surgical internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, followed by extra-institutional rotations at Shriners Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. He then performed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania’s Pennsylvania Hospital, also in Philadelphia. In addition to being an orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Polsky is a clinical instructor in the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Maryland. His past experience includes the position of associate team physician for the Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Flyers and associate team physician for Philadelphia KiXX indoor soccer team and Camden Riversharks baseball team. Dr. Polsky is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society, and the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, as well as a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. His research is published in several peer-reviewed medical journals.
