Sangeeta S. Jain, MD, is a board-certified, independent pediatrician at Ascension Seton in Austin, Texas. Dr. Jain provides primary care for infants, children and teens. Dr. Jain delivers care for minor childhood illness and injuries, annual check-ups, well-baby visits, physicals for school and sports, and vaccinations. Dr. Jain loves being outside. If she is not inside working, she is outside hiking, biking, swimming, or just reading a book. She backpacked 21 days on the Pacific Crest Trail. Much of her time off is spent traveling abroad, from Italy to India, and she wants to experience the world. Dr. Jain has worked on international health projects in India and South Africa. She has also created educational posters with the Miracle Foundation for orphanages in rural India. Recently married, Dr. Jain says some of her favorite times are on the local trails with her husband and 15-year-old pup, Kodi.
