The Medication Management Team is composed of licensed pharmacy technicians. Each team member possesses a deep knowledge of not only medications, but also insurance benefits to assist with any medication related issue. Clinical pharmacists are also available by request to review medications and provide patient specific medication recommendations.

The Pharmacy Medication Management Team provides information, support, and education at no cost to you as part of Ascension’s mission and values.
